Disclosing the features of the party’s manifesto after giving B-Forms and cheques of ₹40 lakh each for poll expenditure as funding to 51 candidates in BRS head office Telangana Bhavan, party’s president and Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao announced increase in the Aasara pension amount to old-aged, single women, differently-abled and others. It would be increased from ₹2,016 a month to ₹5,000 in a phased manner and to the physically challenged from ₹3,016 to ₹6,000.

Hyderabad: CM KCR once again showed great concern for the poor women of the state. The BRS government, which is already implementing schemes like Kalyana Lakshmi, Shadi Mubarak, Arogya Lakshmi, Amma Odi, KCR Nutrition Kit, KCR Kin has announced that it will implement another new scheme. When BRS came back to power, all eligible poor women were given Rs. 3,000 as a living stipend, KCR announced. Applicable to those who have BPL card. KCR announced that it will be implemented under Saubhagya Lakshmi scheme.
Recently Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao on the 15th October they release their parties manifesto for the election in 2023. In which Saubhagya Lakshmi Yojana has been declared. By implementation of the scheme state government will provide Rs 3000 per month to the eligible women as a financial assistance. Due to this scheme poor women of the state will become self dependent and this scheme will be set an example of women empowerment in the state also.
